Visit to Dallas

Brad, Braylee, and I got to go to Dallas for a long weekend last weekend and we had SO much fun! Well other than the trip there which was a disaster. A 2 hour 45 min flight turned into an 8+ hour flight. Tornadoes in Dallas forced us to have to land in San Antonio where they didn't have an extra gate to put us at so we were stuck on the plane on the tarmac (??) for 4 hours. Then we finally took off after a few more delays and landed in Dallas to have to wait another half hour for a gate there. Braylee did pretty well considering she was stuck on a plane and unable to go outside which is what she kept telling me she wanted to do. She would look out the window and say "out" it was a little sad. Oh and to top it off they had little to no food and drink on the plane so we got a couple granola bars this whole time and I was limited on snacks for Braylee. But once we got there, it was really fun! Brad spent most of the vacation with his brother and dad (who also came with us from Vegas) but I got to spend most of my time with Ashley, Aubrie, Luke and Braylee. Braylee LOVED playing with cousin "aubit" sometimes "aubie" they were so cute together. Little Luke was so precious and adorable and such a good baby. They had a play place at the mall we went to which was unfortunately closed for cleaning so the girls played by this big giraffe for a little bit before we went home for naps.
